Beginners Yoga

Yoga for Beginners Technique (YFBT):  In these classes, you will learn how to breathe as well as the details of the poses and how to perform them properly. We use props in YFBT to have the pose fit your body, not vice versa.  This is very important, especially if you have special needs or injuries.  Your instructor will offer both verbal and physical adjustments to help you experience the best pose possible for each student.  We cover anatomy and kinesiology (movement) to make you more aware of your body and safe, comfortable ways of moving in and out of the poses.  If you are new to yoga or have limited experience, this is the best place to begin your yoga practice.  It is different for everyone, but most people stay in Yoga for Beginners for at least 6 months.

Class packs must be used within six months of purchase.
10 classes - $170

Memberships:

We offer two membership options: six months or annual. The six month membership must be paid in full. Annual may be paid in full or in monthly payments.
5 classes/month - $80/month or $450
9 classes/month - $110/month or $625
Unlimited classes/month - $129/month or $750
Memberships have a 30-day cancellation policy.
