Mindfulness Meditation
This 30-minute class, which meets virtually, offers a weekly lesson followed by meditation time. Mindfulness meditation helps one to live in moment to moment awareness thereby reducing stress and anxiety. Students learn ways to connect with what is true in each moment, rather than dwelling in the past or scripting the future. Mindfulness uncovers the habitual thought pattens that drive so many of our actions and empowers each one of us to make conscious decisions about how we live our lives.
